Cardio Exercise

Trying to figure out what is the best cardivascular workouts to lose that not needed fat? Equally low plus elevated intensity exercises will help you lose body fat. The uncertainty is which cardivascular workout routines is the greatest to burn more body weight.

When scientists formerly revealed that during intensive workout routines, your body burns glycogen, which is a form of stored carbohydrates that are stored in your liver and muscle tissue used for energy. During low intensity cardio exercise work outs, our bodies tend to burn less glycogen and more fat.

Thinking if low intensity cardio exercise actually works? The answer is no it doesn't and for a few excellent reasons. Even if we do favor to do a nice light walk or whatever, it still makes you wonder how this is possible?

How is it that doing more high intensity cardio is better for achieving our fat loss goals when the scientists themselves said low intensity cardio exercise burns more fat. If we want to lose weight fast then we need to be talking about burning more calories then fat. Gylcogen contributes to some of the calories burnt when doing high intensity cardio but our bodies also burn calories from fat.

To put the icing on the cake, when your store of glycogen gets low, the carbohydrates from your food you eat will later get modified into glycogen.Therfore, when we consume carbohydrates, our body will convert them into more glycgoen for our muscles instead of turning them into fat and storing it around our bodies.

High intensity cardio exercise exercise will raise your metabolism throughout the day long after you have completed your workout.

When your body boost the rate at which it metabolises, it burns more fat for the period in which it is increased.

Now let me ask you a question. Who doesn't want to burn more and more accumulative calories after you workout.

The best way to raise your cardio intensity is to incorporate interval training. The unsurpassed way to do this is to pherhaps walk for 5 minutes or so then burst into a speedy paced run for another two or so minutes. If you don't have a watch you can simple walk briskly until you have caught your breath again then jog for at least two minutes until you are out of breath. From this point, simply interchange your running and walking for the next 15 minutes until you are finished.

Cardio is great for losing those unwanted fat and I would suggest we all try it. If you are just starting out then i would suggest you just keep it slow and build your way up to the body you have always wanted.
